Studio

Who we are

Quasar Studio builds immersive technology — AR, VR, metaverses and the digital infrastructure around them. This is not general web development: we go where rare platforms and unusual hardware are required.

What we stand on

Rare platforms and hardware

HoloLens 2 in an operating room, haptic suits, LBE arenas, AR over BIM on a construction site. These are places an ordinary studio does not go at all — and we chose them as our main ground.

The full cycle, not only content

An XR project always has an ordinary half: CRM, CMS, loyalty, running a network of venues. We build it ourselves, so the client does not need a second contractor.

A level confirmed from outside

CES Innovation Award 2025 in XR & Spatial Computing — for a product whose software development we ran.

Our own products as proof

Nine projects of our own. We know what a product mistake costs because we pay for it with our own money, not only with a client's hours.

Work

Every case

Seven client projects. There are no screenshots of client products and there will not be: the brief, what we built, our role, and the stack as tags.

Blockchain Sports

XR Football and XR Motorsport
XR Lab, headquartered in Dubai

CES Innovation Award 2025
VRInfinity SuitHapticsMultiplayer
The brief
XR simulators for football and motorsport: training against AI, and multiplayer between teams in different parts of the world.
Our role
We ran software development inside the product team. A separate hardware team worked alongside us — this was not a turnkey build.
Platform
A VR headset plus the full-body Infinity Suit: shin guards, boots and gloves with haptic feedback on ball contact and collision.
Recognition
CES Innovation Award 2025, XR & Spatial Computing — awarded to Infinity Football XR. The award belongs to the client; we were the software developer.

Endoprint

AR on HoloLens 2 for implant surgery
Maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, oncology, traumatology

Microsoft HoloLens 2
HoloLens 2Mixed RealityCT / MRI
The brief
Guidance during operations that place bespoke titanium implants, designed from a specific patient's CT and MRI scans.
What we built
An AR application for Microsoft HoloLens 2: model visualisation and guidance through the course of the procedure.
Platform
Mixed reality on a headset, with the surgeon's hands free.
The caveat
An internal tool of the client. We describe visualisation and guidance; we make no clinical claims.

MIRA

Construction control with BIM and AR
Issues, models, acceptance and Russian КС forms

BIM + AR on site
React 19SupabaseDenoUnity 6AR FoundationRevit · C#
The brief
Construction control lives in chats and spreadsheets: an issue raised on site gets lost between a photo in a messenger and a signed act, while the BIM model sits apart from what is actually happening on the ground.
What we built
A platform where an issue with photo evidence is anchored both to a model element and to an AR anchor on site. Projects and companies with roles from foreman to client, a site dashboard, acceptance checklists, a КС-2 / КС-3 register, Excel and PDF export, and a full audit log.
Our role
The full cycle: data model, web, mobile AR client, Revit plugin and infrastructure.

Portal VR

Three games, a franchise system and loyalty
A network of free-roam VR clubs and arenas

Content and network, end to end
VRLBE arenaFree roamMultiplayerCRM/CMSLoyalty app
The brief
A VR arena franchise has two shortages at once: original content that competitors running bought-in games do not have, and a system that runs dozens of venues across several countries as one network.
What we built
Three free-roam games for team battles — Portal Strike, Portal Strike: Kids and Portal Arena Heroes. Alongside them, a system for running the franchise and its game content, and a mobile app with a loyalty programme.
Our role
The full cycle across all of it. The value here is not a one-off game but the whole loop: content, network management and customer retention built by one team and working together.

Abyss of Adventure

Site, booking and CRM for a tabletop games club
Schedule, venues, game masters, payments, loyalty

Site and CRM, one codebase
React 19Vite 8Tailwind 4SupabaseDenoCaddyPayKeeper
The brief
The club needed both halves at once: a storefront with a schedule and booking, and the back office where that same booking turns into a payment, a report and a returning guest.
What we built
A public site and a CRM/CMS on one codebase and one database. Outside: the game schedule and booking, venue rental, game-master profiles, a blog, landing pages for corporate bookings, payments and a loyalty programme. Inside: events, bookings, payments, users, reports and editing for every piece of content.
Our role
The full cycle — from server and database to the public site and the internal CRM.

OK4U

Handing a platform back to its owner
Tabletop game events in Moscow and other cities

A whole platform, moved
DjangoNext.jsPostgresRedisCeleryDocker ComposeS3
The brief
The owner of the platform did not, in practice, own it: the source code, the database and the media library sat with the previous contractor, along with the infrastructure. The product worked, but it did not belong to whoever owned the brand.
What we built
We moved the whole platform onto infrastructure the owner controls: two independent Django systems — the public events side and the internal CRM — plus database dumps and a 36 GB media library, every file checksum-verified. Along the way we reverse-engineered and reproduced the previous hosting layout, where a single instance served four domains through nginx aliases, and added an application layer on top: four sign-in routes and the orchestration of seven Telegram bots.
Our role
The full cycle: migration, infrastructure, the application layer and continued development. The original stack was kept deliberately, so that a migration stayed a migration instead of turning into a rewrite.

Lady Boxing

A Telegram Mini App for a boxing studio
Two roles: athlete and coach

Telegram Mini App
React 19Vite 8TypeScript 7Tailwind 4SupabasegrammY
The brief
The studio booked everyone by hand in chat: schedule, coaches, payments and reminders were not connected to each other, and training history lived in somebody's memory.
What we built
An ecosystem for two roles. Stage one is a Telegram Mini App, stage two a web app on the same code and the same API. Slot booking, check-in and waiting list, a health questionnaire, progress, referrals, and a coach's cabinet with payouts. Health data is visible to the coach alone — enforced in the access model, not in the interface.
Our role
The full cycle: API, mini app, admin panel and a separate bot for masterclass sign-ups. A pnpm and Turbo monorepo — four applications and ten shared packages.

Trademarks belong to their respective owners. A mention reflects work performed and implies neither partnership nor endorsement.

We are interested in engineers bored by building a tenth online shop: Unity and Unreal, WebXR, computer vision, graphics. Send a CV and a link to something you are proud of — through the form or on Telegram.
